Developement Time-Lapse of MCreator from 2013 to 2016

MCreator is out for a while now and we recently heard about the software called Goruce that lets you visualize the workflow of your workspace.

As we use version control from the year 2013, we were able to visualize the file tree of MCreator through the time. You can see all the changes and developers working on them.

For the visualization we used Goruce and used some custom parameters to make it look as it is on the video. We had to reduce the timeframe of each change; otherwise the Time-Lapse would be too long.

Software projects are displayed by Gource as an animated tree with the root directory of the project at its center. Directories appear as branches with files as leaves. Developers can be seen working on the tree at the times they contributed to the project.  --from Goruce's website

We checked their control page on the GitHub page and found out that many other options can be modified. We decided to play with these parameters and the video below is the final product (after some editing for music and titles).
